Jeff spent 13 years at PayPal building consumer credit products, growing from product manager to Director. He led work across PayPal Credit, Pay in 4, and a co-branded credit card program. He then joined Varo Bank as Head of Credit Product, owning credit from launch through scale, and most recently served as General Manager of Credit, taking on full P&L ownership.

Alexander brings 25+ years of software engineering experience, most recently as VP of Engineering at Varo Bank, where he built and led the engineering organization through launch and scale. Before Varo, he held engineering leadership roles at IBM, Groupon, and Zuora, working across enterprise software, consumer marketplaces, and subscription billing systems.
